A special collaboration between Quinlan Homes CRG & Octave Coffee

At Quinlan Homes, we believe a home is more than just a place to live — it’s about creating a space that feels warm, intentional, and inviting. That same spirit inspired our collaboration with Octave Coffee Co., a local roaster known for small-batch craft and community passion.

Together, we created Welcome Home Roast: a smooth medium roast from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, with rich chocolate notes and bright citrus accents. It’s coffee designed to feel like home.

Why We Partnered on Coffee
